Post- Consumer Support

If you have a product installed by Lowcountry Thread in the last year in your home that needs support, please first reach out to your designer with an image and explanation of what is happening. They can then provide us with the necessary order information required in order to get an informed technician out to your home.

For products installed over a year ago,  please provide pictures and an explanation of what is happening  so we can estimate the repair or figure out if it is covered under warranty.
